A child has been injured after “being hit by a vehicle” in Barking.
Police confirmed that they were called “some time after the incident” at the junction between Upney Lane and Ripple Road yesterday afternoon (October 11).
There had been a report that a child had sustained a shoulder injury after being struck by a vehicle.
No arrests have been made but police enquiries are ongoing.
London Ambulance Service have been approached for more details about the incident.
