Elrow Town Festival, specialising in techno and house music, has called off its London event, which was due to take place in Dagenham, East London, in August.

In 2017, London became the launch site for the Elrow Town Festival, with later events being staged in Italy and Spain.
"Our commitment to London and the UK remains stronger than ever. However, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of this year’s Elrow Town London edition.
"Facing the challenges of the UK festival market and due to the fact that many of our fans are unable to attend this year, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the event and explore better options for the near future.
"We have not considered downscaling the show as we are always committed to deliver maximum experience quality and we can’t accept anything less than a breath-taking Elrow festival experience."
