A new nail bar opened inside a former police station in Barking this week.
Nail Station & Bar officially opened its doors to customers on Monday (April 22), replacing the former police station in Ripple Road.
The beauty shop now bares no resemblance to its previous use, having been completely transformed.
Minh Tram Hoang, from Nail Station & Bar, said: "Opening day was fantastic and full of excitement.
"Our nail bar not only offers luxury treatments from nails to beauty, we also have a licensed bar for clients' use for refreshment beverages."
The first pictures from inside the nail and beauty bar reveal marble features, chandeliers and a cocktail bar.

Nail Station & Beauty is a family-run business. The family got into the nail business 25 years ago and decided to take on a new shop last year.
The shop offers cosmetic services including nail extensions, BIAB polish and gel.
They also have two dedicated beauty rooms alongside the four nail and pedicure stations where customers can receive facials, massages and use sunbeds.
