A derelict pub in Dagenham has caught fire for the second time in two months, with the London Fire Brigade treating the latest blaze as "deliberate".
The Ship & Anchor in Wood Lane went up in smoke again yesterday (April 21), just weeks after it caught fire in the middle of the night on March 20 when the roof was destroyed.
Video taken of the latest incident from a passing bus shows several fire engines at the scene, with smoke rising from the damaged roof of the building.
London Fire Brigade's (LFB) control officers received 21 999 emergency calls about the fire, which needed 25 firefighters to put it out.
The first call was received at 4.09pm and the fire was put out by 4.45pm.
An outbuilding adjoined to the pub was destroyed in what LFB are treating as a deliberately caused fire.

Forty firefighters were called to the previous fire on March 20.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed on April 4 that the March fire was not being treated as suspicious.
They have been contacted for comment regarding the latest fire.
The pub has been derelict for more than a decade and was previously targeted in an arson attack in 2010.
