A fire at an empty pub in Dagenham is not being treated as suspicious, according to the Metropolitan Police.
The latest update follows a fire that destroyed the roof of the Ship & Anchor pub in Wood Lane on March 20.
The first reports came in at 12.52am and the fire was extinguished by crews from the London Fire Brigade by 3.13am.
It is believed that the pub has been derelict for more than a decade, with the cause of the fire continuing to remain a mystery.

However, a spokesperson for the Met Police have confirmed they are not treating the cause of the latest fire as suspicious.
The police have now taken over the case from the London Fire Brigade and have confirmed they are still carrying out their investigations.
