A person was taken to hospital after an incident in Barking forced the Metropolitan Police to close the road.
Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service were called at 8.17pm to the scene of the incident at the junction of Woodbridge Road and Dereham Road on March 31.
A person was found injured at the scene and was treated before being taken to hospital.

Officers from the Met closed off the road by the mini-roundabout in Woodbridge Road, believed to be near Oulton Crescent.
Police cars were seen in attendance, with a territorial support group van among the vehicles which went to the scene.
The Metropolitan Police have been contacted for comment and to confirm the nature of the incident.
