A pie and mash shop forced to close after a car repeatedly reversed through its window has stated it is "coming back - reopening stronger".
Brook Pie & Mash shop (also referred to as Eastbrook) in Dagenham Road has been closed since January 2, after a car was caught on camera repeatedly reversing into the metal shutters and into the shop itself.
Apparent redecoration and restoration works are currently being carried out on the shop, which has been pictured looking much improved with a new storefront window and fresh paint.
Brook Pie & Mash confirmed to The Post that they are "coming back - reopening stronger" after almost three months of closure.
