The first homes are up for sale at a major development in Barking.

These new builds are a part of the second phase of homes at Eastbrooke Village, known as The Point, by Bellway London.

This latest phase of the Barking Riverside development will comprise 167 homes in total.

The mix includes three-bedroom houses and one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.

The first homes released for sale are 22 three-bedroom townhouses - 19 earmarked for private sale, alongside three 'affordable' housing properties.
