Two GP surgeries in Barking and Dagenham are set to be taken over by an NHS trust next month.
Victoria Road Medical Centre in Queens Road, Barking, and Five Elms Medical Practice in Five Elms Road, Dagenham will be managed by the East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) from April 1.
ELFT has been providing primary care to patients across the UK for 15 years and has been rated 'outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on three consecutive occasions.

The partnership of the surgeries with the trust forms part of ELFT's pledge to provide corporate support to GPs to deliver the best services.
ELFT has described it as "a mutual exchange of strengths, aimed at elevating patient care and learning from each other's expertise".
Victoria Road Medical Centre's most recent CQC report rated the practice as 'good' overall across all five inspection categories: safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
The report was published in 2022.
The latest CQC report for Five Elms was published in 2020 and stated that the practice 'requires improvement' overall.
ELFT said it will seek feedback from patients at both services to reinforce community ties and to ensure their services meet local expectations.
