Five people from east London have been arrested after police seized hundreds of packages of Class A drugs, weapons and cash in house raids.
Four men between the age of 23 and 30 and a 34-year-old woman were arrested after police swooped at dawn on several addresses as part of an investigation into a drug line in Chingford.
Seven raids were carried out - two in each of Waltham Forest, Dagenham and Redbridge, and one in Enfield.
In just one of these properties, police seized around 200 packages of Class A drugs along with multiple bags of Class B drugs, weapons, luxury goods and more than £12,000 in cash.
All five people were arrested on March 7 on suspicion of conspiring to supply class A drugs, namely cocaine.

Det Insp Lee Byne said: “Anyone who seeks to profit from drug dealing will be tracked down. We continue to deploy tactics to identify and arrest those responsible for supplying drugs in Chingford and across London.
“We will bring to justice anyone who is committing drug offences in order to reduce the harm caused to those using illegal drugs and to help reduce the serious violence and anti-social behaviour linked to this offending."
