A man has been taken to a major trauma centre after he was stabbed in Dagenham.
Police found a 26-year-old man with knife injuries in Goresbrook Road at around 10pm on Friday (February 2).
A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service said: “We sent some resources to the scene including an ambulance crew and an advanced paramedic. We also dispatched a trauma team by car from London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated a man at the scene, before taking him to a major trauma centre.”

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police confirmed to The Post today (February 5) that the man remains in hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Concerned locals took to Facebook after noticing a large police presence in the area.
One user said: "What happened at Goresbrook shops today, police everywhere".
Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the stabbing are ongoing and police have asked witnesses to contact 101, quoting reference 8214/02feb if they have information.
