Police have released a CCTV shot of a man they wish to speak with after an alleged assault on a member of rail staff.
The reported assault occurred at Upney Underground station at approximately 8am on October 16.
It is alleged that a man had pushed through a ticket barrier and spat at a member of staff that attempted to stop him before the incident escalated.
A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: "He then punched the staff member in the back of head, causing him to fall to the floor. The man then kicked him in the head."
The man pictured is believed to have information that can help detectives with their investigation.
