A man in his 50s has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a hit-and-run crash.
Police and the London Ambulance Service were called to a crash in Amesbury Road, Dagenham, on October 10 at 8.07am.
Four ambulance crews and an incident response officer were confirmed at the crash site.
A white Ford Fiesta had been in a crash involving three pedestrians, two boys and a girl, all aged 14.
The driver of the car did not stop at the scene.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service said: “We treated three children at the scene before taking them to hospital as a priority.”
Their injuries were later confirmed as not life-threatening.
The parents for all three teens were notified of the incident.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and driving without due care and attention. He remains in custody at an East London police station.
Witnesses of the crash, or anyone with information or footage is asked to call police on 101, quoting 1495/10OCT.
