A pleased customer said: "I would recommend this restaurant whole-heartedly and will visit again."
Another review of Lara Grill's takeaway food said: "The food is absolutely delicious.
"Price is very reasonable as the portions are large.
"The bread is very tasty. Can recommend this place."
22 Ventidue (Italian):
Second place is held by Italian eatery 22 Ventidue, located in Whitebarn Lane.
The restaurant boasts a large menu, with options including pastas, pizzas and a range of Italian starters.
One customer, who went to 22 Ventidue for their birthday, said: "This little restaurant is a hidden gem, a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. Highly recommended!!"
The Golden Fish Bar (Seafood, British):
This traditional family-run fish and chip eatery can be found in Becontree Avenue.
The Golden Fish Bar also offers catering for outside functions including wedding receptions, sports and social clubs and children's parties.
One customer went as far as to claim the eatery sold the best chips they'd ever tasted: "I always thought that a potato was a potato and a chip was a chip - well not if it’s from this fantastic fish and chip shop...
"Usually when I have eaten a portion of chips I feel bloated and get a unpleasant aftertaste of fat/ oil - not here.
"The chips were cooked perfectly and tasted absolutely sublime...
"Seems crazy getting excited over a bag of chips but believe me, they were out of this world."
The Pipe Major (British, Quick Bites):
The Pipe Major is a British establishment serving pub classics, including fish and chips and beef burgers.
The restaurant, found in Yewtree Avenue, additionally serves vegetarian and gluten-free options.
The most recent reviewer explained why they rated the restaurant fiev stars: "We love visiting this place, always a very friendly welcome, affordable yummy food.

Brook Pie and Mash (British):
This pie-shop came in at number five on the TripAdvisor list.
A customer of the Dagenham Road restaurant, said: "I have to say it was the best pie and mash I’ve ever eaten...
"Generous helping Great value with £5.50 special. Pie, mash, liquor and tea. Plus a pot of either jellied ells or stewed. Fantastic"
