A woman has suffered non-life-threatening injuries following a road accident in Barking today morning.
Met police were called after 01:00am to reports of a collision on Gurudwara Way across the North Street.
Emergency services attended the scene, and the woman was rushed to the nearest hospital.

The AA reported that road was closed for police investigation between North Street and the A123/Longbridge Road, but the crime scene has since ended.
A spokesperson for Met police has confirmed that the road has been re-opened.
There are no updates yet on the exact circumstances of the collision.
