A business awards scheme is inviting nominations to find Barking and Dagenham's employee of the year.
Employees in the borough can now enter the Barking and Dagenham Chamber of Commerce Business Awards, supported by the Post, for free.
Chamber president Jamie Banks said: "Entering the Barking and Dagenham Chamber of Commerce Business Awards is an excellent way to promote your business and gain recognition for your achievements.

At the 2022 awards, Alex Rowley, autism ambassador for the Sycamore Trust until last summer, scooped employee of the year.
Anyone submitting a nomination is asked to describe in 500 words or less why the person or organisation deserves recognition.
