A walking group in east London is putting on free women's empowerment workshops to boost confidence.
Walk It Out is aimed at empowering women and young girls in Redbridge and surrounding boroughs, founded by Chadwell Heath resident April Mehmet.
The classes are taking place at Redbridge Central Library and the next one is on March 7 at 6pm.

April said: "The workshops are going to be about teaching women how to be assertive and confident.
"Basically to become the best version of themselves so they can stand up for themselves at home and in public.
"[We will also] touch base on what is domestic abuse and talking about misogynistic behaviours, how to do some bystanding intervention if possible and just try to improve the skills that women already have.
"It's going to be an interactive workshop so it's about creating a safe space where we're going to have open discussion hopefully."
These workshops come after Walk It Out hosted a self-defence class on January 14.
April continued: "We had such a huge response that we had to turn away so many females.
"So, the next bit of funding that we get I'm going to introduce some self-defence into the workshops."
The workshops are open to those aged 16 and over, and can take up to 25 participants.
April added: "I'm trying to continuously improve female safety, obviously more now than ever because of recent events with Zara Aleena [and others].
"I think it's really important that we build confidence in women so they do speak up, so they do report to the police."
Law graduate Zara was murdered as she walked home in Ilford last June.
A local police officer will also join the women at the end of the workshop and be available to answer questions.
Those who wish to attend the workshops should text April at 07437 517177 with their full name.
