A music tribute to George Harrison from The Beatles is being staged with a live show in Barking later this month.
Harrison played lead guitar as part of the iconic “Fab Four” from Liverpool in the 1960s along with John Lennon, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr who were the biggest rock band of all time with 600 million sales worldwide.
They called time on “Beatlemania” in 1969 after seven years topping the charts worldwide.

Now Harrison is being remembered at The Broadway Theatre on January 27 with hits from The Beatles, his solo career and the Traveling Wilburys super band that he later formed.
Harrison died in 2001, but his music still gathers fans two decades on.
Some of his best-known Beatles tracks being performed at The Broadway include While My Guitar Gently Weeps, Here Comes The Sun, Taxman and the Indian-inspired My Sweet Lord.
Tickets for the show starting at 7.30pm are £22/£20 from the box office on 020 8507 5607 or online at thebroadwaybarking.com.
