THELMA SIMMONDS passed away on Tuesday 18th September 2012 aged 87 years. Beloved Mum to Paul and Jason and Nan to Cara, Chris and Josh - Her family and friends will miss her dearly. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday 3rd October at 10.30am at Gravesend Cemetery Chapel. Mum loved flowers so all flowers to Co-Operative Funeralcare, 38 Windmill Street, Gravesend DA12 1BA.
